Personal Statement:
Therapy is a space where your story can unfold without judgement. My approach is deeply relational, which means that I see healing as something that happens in connection and with community. Through curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based techniques adapted to my client’s needs, I help clients understand how their past experiences shape their present and collaboratively guide them towards a state of being that feels more fulfilling and authentic.
